At Packaging Wholesalers, we strive to ensure your industrial supplies arrive in perfect condition, but we offer a 30-day return window for items that do not meet your expectations. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct warehouse shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping containers and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping via your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage or use, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
